Team Ninja's upcoming action-adventure Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is set to launch in March 2023.
Team Ninja is perhaps best known for its Dead or Alive series of fighting games or the famously difficult Ninja Gaiden franchise. In recent years, the team took their shot working with Square Enix, on Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. Next up from the developers is Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, published by Koei Tecmo, where players must master a variety of combat in soulslike gameplay against monsters and demons.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is set in a dark fantasy version of the Three Kingdoms period which ran from 220 to 280 AD in Mainland China and East Asia.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Release Date
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is set to release on March 3, 2023. The game will arrive on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. It will also be available day one with Xbox Game Pass on both console and PC.
In addition to the standard edition, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Digital Deluxe Edition will also be available for purchase, which includes a Season Pass set to contain three DLC packs.
Players who purchase the physical or digital game by March 16 will receive an early purchase bonus of special “Baihu Armor”. Those who pre-order the game digitally will receive both the early purchase bonus and a pre-order bonus of “Zhuque Armor”.
