In honor of April Fool's Day, Totally the Same BR mode returned to Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0.
Despite Warzone 2.0's recent struggles, the Battle Royale always provides players with entertaining holiday-themed events. Recently, the St. Patrick's Day celebration dropped a single one-shot sniper in every match for players to find and use.
On Apr.1, Raven Software announced a new playlist, stating, "Nothing weird about it." They then wrote, "It's Totally The Same BR that you're used to!" As players loaded into the mode, they took in the gameplay changes that made for a whacky Warzone 2 experience. With low gravity and no fall damage, players could jump off buildings without losing health.
Players could also visit the Gulag as many times as they needed in a match, as long as they kept winning. Crossbows and Dual Kodachis were the default Gulag weapons.

Totally the Same BR mode is no longer available to play. The mode was only in the game for the weekend of April Fool's Day. Players will have to wait until next Apr. 1 to experience the altered gameplay, if it returns.
Warzone 2 Season 3 goes live on Apr. 12 with Warzone Ranked and Plunder coming to the game.
