The first champion to be released in League of Legends for 2023 is Milio, who had his abilities and role leaked about a month ago. Since the abilities were not official, there was only a brief description for Milio's kit.
Earlier today, Riot Games officially announced Milio's release date and a rundown for all of his abilities. It looks like Milio will be an enchanter support that also has some utility to crowd control enemies. Milio will be available in just a couple weeks, so here is a description of Milio's entire kit.
League of Legends Milio Abilities
Passive: Fired Up
Milio's abilities enchant allies when they are touched by them, making the allies' next spell or attack burn the target and deal a burst of extra damage.
Q: Ultra Mega Fire Kick
Kick a ball that knocks back an enemy. Upon hitting a target, the ball bounces behind the target to damage and slow enemies in the area upon impact.
W: Cozy Campfire
Create an empowering zone that heals and increases the Attack Range of all allies within the zone. The zone follows the ally nearest the cast point.
E: Warm Hugs
Milio tosses a shield to one of his allies, which temporarily increases their movement speed.
R: Breath of Life
Milio unleashes a wave of soothing flames around him, this heals and removes any crowd control effects from all allies in range.
