July PS Plus Games Leaked, Reportedly Includes Crash Bandicoot

The free PlayStation Plus games for July have once again been leaked, containing a number of popular games up for grabs.

In what's become a somewhat regular occurrence, Sony's selection of free PlayStation Plus games have once again been leaked by French website Dealabs. The site has correctly leaked the line-up for PS Plus plenty of times before, suggesting that this round of offerings is also likely to be accurate.

This round of games marks the first PS Plus offering since Sony rolled out their new PlayStation Plus subscription model globally.

So, just what is set to be included in the July line-up of PlayStation Plus?

Which Games are Included in PS Plus July 2022?

According to Dealabs, the next set of free games will be:

  • Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time (PS5 & PS4)
  • The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan (PS4)
  • Arcadegeddon (PS5 & PS4)

The mose notable game in the leaked line-up is Crash Bandicoot 4, Toys for Bob's 2020 platforming sequel to the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy revival. The game retcons the sequels that originally followed Crash Bandicoot: Warped and is the eighth main installment in the Crash Bandicoot series.

Man of Medan is part of Supermassive Games' The Dark Pictures Anthology, a series of interactive survival horror games where the player makes crucial choices that impact the outcome of the game. Each game is its own standalone title, with Man of Medan acting as the first installment into what Supermassive Games is calling Season One. Two sequels have been released so far: Little Hope (2020), and The House of Ashes (2021). The next game, The Devil in Me, is planned to be the finale of this first season.

Finally, Arcadegeddon is a cooperative multiplayer game that offers players a mix of PVE and PVP gameplay. This Early Access shooter sees players attempt to save a local arcade by taking on a faceless mega corporation that hacks and deploys viruses into the games.

At the time of writing, Sony has yet to confirm whether or not these games will be making their way into the July PS Plus line-up. But, given the success Dealabs has had with previous line-ups, it's likely only a matter of time before the games are confirmed.
