The Jewel of the Firelord is a transmog item. Transmogrification, or transmog for short, is when you are given the chance to change the appearance of your armor or weapons or are allowed to hide certain pieces of armor.
How to Get the Jewel of the Firelord in World of Warcraft
The Jewel of the Firelord is actually available for free. Those who have an Amazon Prime Gaming account have the ability to claim the jewel for free. Players have until July 26 to claim this item.
