Getting leather is a bit of a long process.
V Rising, a new open-world survival game from Stunlock Studios, is currently in Early Access on Steam. Like many survival games, crafting is an essential part of making it through the world of Vardoran. Leather will help you improve your gear and build helpful items around your base-- so, how do players get Leather?
How to Get Leather in V Rising
The most important thing you need to be able to make leather is a Tannery station. To be able to build a Tannery station, you have to defeat a boss by the name of Keely the Frost Archer. He is located in the Bandit Trapper Camp, in the northeast of Farbane Woods. He has a level requirement of 20.
After you defeat Keely the Frost Archer, you will be able to construct a Tannery station. You will find the option to build it in the Refinement tab of the Build menu. There's still more to do, though; you need to collect 8 Planks and 160 Animal Hide to construct it. Once you gather these materials, you can add your brand new Tannery station to your home, and begin making Leather.
It takes 16 Animal Hide to create Leather. Drag your Animal Hide to the Tannery station's inventory, and it will immediately begin the crafting process.
