Grand Theft Auto Online revealed new content and other activities players can participate in. One of them is the high-octane Junk Energy Skydive challenge.
Junk Energy Skydives Explained
The in-game energy drink company Junk Energy wants to promote its extreme brand by challenging GTA Online players to skydive from various locations across Los Santos and Blaine County.
Each day there will be ten Junk Energy Skydives to attempt. The goal of these high-risk but highly rewarding challenges is to parachute from dangerous heights into each checkpoint. After gliding through each checkpoint players must aim for the drop zone.
Rewards for completion
Players extreme enough to complete their first dive will receive some GTA$ and a new branded parachute bag courtesy of Junk Energy. Those that manage to finish all ten plunges in one piece can earn bonus GTA$. The best skydivers who receive gold medals for their efforts can net up to 150k GTA$.
Plenty of other events this week on GTA Online will offer two times the GTA$ and RP. From Turf Wars, Flight Schools, and even Smuggler Run Missions there is lots of opportunity to rake in cash this week.
Also in time for the spooky season, players should keep an eye out for Halloween-related events to receive a free Orange Tech Demon mask for logging in during the month of October.
