TOTS Season Swaps is a new program in FIFA Ultimate Team this year incorporating challenges and objectives to progressing through a Season Progress path. Rewards include FUT Birthday Icons, TOTS Moments players, promo packs and more. New objective sets are released each Thursday for the duration of Team of the Season.

- Win 8: Win eight matches in any FUT game mode - 2,000 XP
- Play 15: Play 15 matches in any FUT game mode - 2,000 XP
- TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC: Complete the TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC one time - 1,250 XP
- Marquee Matchups: Complete any two challenges in the Marquee Matchups SBC releasing on May 4 - 1,250 XP
- FUT Moments: Earn five Stars in the Moments Game Mode - 1,250 XP
- TOTS Season Swap Challenge 4 SBC: Complete the TOTS Season Swap Challenge 4 SBC releasing on May 6 - 1,250 XP
- Premier League Pemium League Upgrade SBC: Complete the Premier LEague Premium League Upgrade SBC releasing on May 8 - 1,250 XP
There will be other objectives released between now and this objective set expiring where players can earn more experience toward the Season Progress pass.
